Every order gets a tracking number by email the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you have that number, you can follow your mask the whole way here.

Haven't got a number yet?

Orders are picked and packed first, so tracking usually goes live within a couple of days of ordering. Standard delivery then typically takes 5–7 business days. If it has been longer than that and you still have nothing, that is on us to sort out — get in touch.

Something looks wrong

If tracking has not moved in a while, or the mask arrives and it is not what you wanted, you have 30 days for a full refund. Message us from our contact page with your order number and we will take it from there.
